What is Love Your Body™ Club (LYBC)?

Love Your Body™ Club is a loyalty program offered by The Body Shop that rewards members with exclusive discounts and points on every interaction and purchase made. These points can be used to purchase your favourite products.

Where can I use my Love Your Body™ Club points online/in-store?

Our Love Your Body™ Club is applicable in-store and online. Our systems work simultaneously so the points you earn while shopping online can also be redeemed at our Retail Stores, except Naheed Super Store where LYBC is not applicable.

How does LYBC Work?

It is simple. Once you get invited to join the club, simply enter your credentials and our system will be able to save your data. Once this is done, you will be able to enter your chosen 4-digit PIN inside the retail stores through which you can validate any transactions made at Love Your Body™ Club and continue to earn/redeem your points. All communications shall be made across your registered mobile number with the help of SMS for your ease.

Is there a minimum age requirement to join the Love Your Body™ Club?

You will need to be 16 years or older to join our Love Your Body™ Club.
